Set off on a gentle immersion suspended outside of time, at the heart of breathtaking panoramas where, between sky and earth, granite, azure blues, and glaciers intertwine as far as the eye can see. These five days are an invitation to adventure. To explore, to feel, to immerse yourself in this nature that is both incredibly beautiful and raw, facing the Aiguilles Rouges with Mont Blanc as a majestic backdrop.
A journey of self-discovery, from the physical body to the most subtle layers of being, guided by dynamic or meditative practices and in-depth workshops. On the final day, head out for an overnight stay at the Lac Blanc mountain refuge and witness the sunset by the edge of this crystal-clear water, where the peaks capped with eternal snow are reflected. Wake up for a morning practice, a unique moment combining softness, simplicity, and deep connection to yourself and to nature
In an exceptional setting, you will be welcomed into a carefully renovated traditional chalet, blending high-quality materials, modern comfort, and authentic charm steeped in history. You will stay in double or twin rooms, or in a shared dormitory, and practice surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
Ideally located, it offers the perfect balance between full immersion in nature and easy access to Les Houches and Chamonix. All that’s left to do is let yourself be carried, breathe deeply, and take in the awe-inspiring panoramas. Welcome to a place suspended outside of time.

Ainhoa, @ainhoa, draws her inspiration from the mountains and wide-open spaces. Between yoga, hiking, and moments of reconnection in nature, she shares a simple, gentle lifestyle deeply rooted in the outdoors. Curious and sensitive, she loves filling her life with meaningful experiences, creating imagery that breathes nature, and sharing a slow, intentional way of living that invites others to pause and reconnect with what truly matters.
Laëtitia (@laetiada), creator of Mindful Moments, offers gentle and immersive flows through movement and deep relaxation. Yin yoga is her way of expressing herself in space, creating room to feel more connected and grounded. Passionate about music and trained in sound healing, she will guide you into another world, one of vastness and inner expansion. Her flows invite you on a journey through a magical environment, encouraging you to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and anchor yourself in conscious awareness. This retreat is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis and hikers. Each session is adapted to the pace and abilities of each participant. The most important thing is to come with the desire to recharge, move mindfully, and share a beautiful human experience.
The arrival train station is Chamonix. We will help you organize your transfer to the retreat location.
1/ Click on the retreat link to reserve your spot: your credit card will be requested as a guarantee, but nothing will be charged at this stage.
2/ Once the retreat is confirmed, our travel agency Vawanda will send you an email to complete payment by bank transfer. Payment in two installments is possible :)
3/ The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the start of the retreat.
Spaces are limited to 12 participants to preserve an intimate and caring atmosphere.
