Treat yourself to a timeless pause in the heart of Provence, where nature becomes medicine and silence your guide. Nestled within 175 hectares of forest, olive groves, and sun-drenched hills, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to what truly matters.

A retreat designed to soothe the digestive system, move the body, and create genuine connections. Four days dedicated to digestive well-being (gluten-free & low FODMAP), mindful movement and physical vitality (yoga, Pilates, hiking, Tabata), and deep relaxation. It is also a return to the essentials: taking the time to truly connect, to share, to breathe, and to reconnect with yourself and others through moments of deep conversation and presence.

Each day begins with gentle morning rituals: warm tea, light snacks, and journaling sessions to set intentions and listen to your inner voice. Gentle yoga, dynamic yoga, Pilates, Tabata, yoga nidra practices, and sound baths will guide you toward a profound reconnection with your body and vital energy.

Enjoy healthy, nourishing, and delicious gluten-free cuisine, designed as true nourishment for the body. Wholesome brunches, balanced snacks, and comforting dinners will punctuate your days. Nutrition and cooking workshops will provide you with practical tools to extend this experience into your daily life.

Between practices, allow yourself time to rest, enjoy an optional massage, or explore the beautiful trails of the Sainte-Baume mountain range on an immersive hike. Walk mindfully, breathe in the scents of the garrigue, and connect with the powerful energy of this sacred land.

Accommodation

Not far from the French Riviera, in the heart of 175 hectares of preserved nature, a dirt path winding through forests and olive groves leads to the Bastide. This authentic country house has been lovingly restored with charm and character. The pool area is a truly unique space, and the house is just steps away from beautiful hikes in the Sainte-Baume mountain range. You will stay in spacious rooms and practice yoga immersed in nature, with open views of the surrounding landscape.

Cuisine

Lara is the founder of @nomadkitchen_, a Marseille-based catering company where food becomes a true connector between people. Trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse and Vatel, and after a career in digital marketing, she has returned to what truly matters: sincere, local, and meaningful gastronomy.

In Provence, she creates healthy, generous, and unpretentious menus, designed to nourish both body and mind, and to gently accompany each moment of sharing with creativity and care.

Practice

Laëtitia (@laetiada), founder of Mindful Moments, offers gentle and immersive flows through movement and deep relaxation. Yin yoga is her language of expression within space, creating room to feel more connected and grounded. Passionate about music and trained in sound healing, she will guide you into another world, one of vastness and inner expansion. Her flows invite you on a journey within a magical environment, encouraging you to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and anchor yourself in conscious awareness. Mindful Moments was created for exactly this purpose. A singular and dynamic approach, always in search of magic when crafting meaningful experiences.

Chloé, founder of @gluten_libre, supports those seeking lasting digestive well-being through a gluten-free & low FODMAP approach that is accessible, compassionate, and easy to integrate into daily life. During the retreat, she will share practical nutritional tools to help you nourish your body with what truly makes it feel good, without frustration or rigidity. She will also lead a jump rope initiation and a Tabata class, reconnecting you with movement, energy, and vitality.

Chloé loves deep talks, the kind that gently shake things up while bringing clarity. Because the mind and body are never separate: the gut is a second brain, and getting to know yourself better is often the first step toward calming the mind and easing digestion.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is open to all levels of practice, from beginners to experienced yogis. Each session is adapted to the pace and abilities of each participant. The most important thing is to come with the intention to recharge, move mindfully, and share a beautiful human experience.

How do I get there?

The nearest arrival train stations are Marseille or Toulon. We will help you organize your transfer to the retreat location.

How do I book my spot?

1/ Click on the retreat link to reserve your spot: your credit card will be requested as a guarantee, but nothing will be charged at this stage.
2/ Once the retreat is confirmed, our travel agency Vawanda will send you an email to complete payment by bank transfer. Payment in two installments is possible :)
3/ The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the start of the retreat.

Spaces are limited to 12 participants to preserve an intimate and caring atmosphere.
